Roger Bell | As I was approaching Bergen I found that it was an RNAV approach which I had not done before, I normally use the ILS, so I became established on the localiser and chose to do a manual approach. I believe that the autopilot was still connected as it needs two presses to disconnect it, I did one. But it seemed difficult to control I attempted several hurried approaches. I shall have to practice more hand flying and follow the flight director. ProAtc was good and it was an enjoyable and exiting flight. Thank for the VA. Roger Bell. |
